Returns + repairs
Please note that Pigment Studio has a 14 day returns policy: Any items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Please follow the instructions below if you wish to make a return: At the moment, Pigment Studio only offers returns for Domestic orders. To process a return, send an email to email@example.com with your order number (which will be on your original invoice) and the item you wish to return + reason for return. Ship with your chosen courier or postal company - we recommend using a trackable and insured method so that your carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery. Please keep a record of your tracking number. Customers are responsible for postage fees.
Pigment Studio will happily repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Manufacturing faults do not include: general wear and tear (includes wire that has bent out of shape or oxidized), worn off plating, chipped or cracked gemstones.
