DOMESTIC : Shipments are sent via NZPost from Auckland, New Zealand. Orders placed on Monday through to Friday are shipped the following work day. If order is not received after a week from purchase date, contact Pigment Studio to enquire about your items whereabouts.
INTERNATIONAL : To ensure the safe delivery of your order, Pigment Studio offers tracked shipping by default. Due to tracking, we've had to increase the price of shipping. If you would still like to make a purchase, but cannot afford to pay for the tracked service, please contact us by email or though the contact form on the site, and we can arrange an alternative, non tracked service.
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, Pigment Studio has no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, contact your local customs office.
At the moment, Pigment Studio only offers returns for Domestic orders. To process a return, send an email to email@example.com with your order number (which will be on your original invoice) and the item you wish to return + reason for return. Customer is responsible for return fees.
